In-Depth Workshop

Our in-depth workshops go far beyond conventional approaches. We’ve developed a proven strategy to help teams work collaboratively in high-intensity environments. Managers gain valuable insights into team dynamics and individual strengths. Team members develop a holistic understanding of one another and their managers. The goal is to foster durable connections. We foster a neutral, judgment-free environment where participants feel safe to express themselves authentically and vulnerably. We deploy innovative methods and collaborative exercises to equip teams with powerful tools to accelerate learning.We provided one-on-one consultations with managers before the launch to ensure our program is customized to meet your company’s needs. We conduct 10 experiential learning sessions using play, conversation, and process modeling. All are tailored to meet your company’s unique needs and calendar.                 

Meet with Matanor before each session to optimize return on time invested. We are confident that we will enhance productivity and improve team communication. The ultimate goal is to create a more cohesive and effective work unit.
